As we setoff on our journey to launch, we are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Administrator to join our vibrant team.
The Role
As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. You will provide essential administrative support across various departments, helping to maintain our high standards of efficiency and professionalism.
Business Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management
- Manage the Director’s diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Social Media Moderation
- Monitor and moderate comments, messages, and posts across social media platforms
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback online
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or negative content to the relevant team
Lead Generation & Data Entry Duties
- Research and identify potential leads through online and social media channels
- Enter, update, and maintain lead and client data accurately in our platform
- Support the sales and marketing team by providing up-to-date lead lists and insights
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative, data entry, research or business support role (2+ years preferred)
- Experience with social media platforms and moderation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
