About the Role
The school is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Elementary Teachers to join the academic team. The appointed educators will play a pivotal role in creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom where students are inspired to learn, grow, and achieve their potential across multiple subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lessons in English, mathematics, science, social studies, and civics.
- Design and adapt lesson plans to support students’ varying needs, abilities, and learning styles.
- Foster curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving through interactive and dynamic teaching methods.
- Implement the school curriculum while reflecting the cultural and linguistic diversity of students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Assess student performance, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership on curriculum development and extracurricular activities.
- Support holistic development through arts, crafts, music, storytelling, and physical activities.
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare students for progression to higher grades.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education (or related field)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in elementary settings
- Certification: Valid teaching license/credential
- Skills: Strong communication, classroom management, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
- Soft Skills: Collaboration, initiative, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to professional growth
