About the Role

As a member of Their expanding Early Years School team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a world-class learning environment. You’ll be responsible for teaching Phonics, Literacy, and Mathematics, while working alongside specialist teachers in PE, Music, Art, French, and Arabic — giving you generous non-contact time for planning and preparation.

Beyond the classroom, you will actively contribute to their Kent College Cairo community, supporting admissions, marketing, and whole-school events as we grow into one of Egypt’s most respected international schools.

About You

They are looking for exceptional educators who are passionate about Early Years teaching and making a real difference in children’s lives. You will bring energy, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to our team. With excellent communication skills and a positive mindset, you will help nurture confident, curious, and resilient learners.

Person Specification

  • Recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching in Early Years, with expertise in continuous provision and child-centred learning
  • Strong knowledge of child development, tracking, and assessment in Early Years
  • Recent teaching experience (exceptional ECTs are encouraged to apply – full BSME support available)
  • Experience teaching children with EAL and/or SEN
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development (CPD)
  • Passion, resilience, and drive to inspire young learners
  • Alignment with the ethos and mission of Kent College
  • Native UK speaker preferred
