RAK Academy is recruiting a dynamic Internal Support Teacher to work across its four primary schools in Ras Al Khaimah. This unique role provides the opportunity to support student learning by covering short- and long-term teacher absences across multiple phases in the primary years.

The Role
As an Internal Support Teacher, you will:
- Provide cover for short- and long-term teacher absences across primary phases.
- Deliver high-quality teaching that supports student progress and engagement.
- Adapt to varied teaching environments across different campuses.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to whole-academy learning outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree plus a recognised teaching qualification.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience in British or IB curriculum (training in both is an advantage).
- Proven record of strong pedagogy and classroom practice.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to integrate ICT into teaching and learning.
- Reflective, innovative, and passionate about student success.
- Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular activities.
Desirable
- Experience using Google Suite, including Google Classroom.
