Key Responsibilities
The Elementary Homeroom Teacher will:
- Teach a variety of core subjects using interactive and engaging strategies.
- Establish and maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s academic goals and community values.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- A valid teaching credential/license.
- At least 4 years of proven teaching experience in elementary education.
- Strong knowledge of child development and diverse learning needs.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Native-level fluency in English.
