Evolution Sports at Doha College is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Swimming Coach/Teacher to join their award-winning sports academy from September 2025. About The School

Evolution Sports, based at Doha College, is Qatar’s largest multi-sports academy. Established in 2007, it offers professional coaching in football, swimming, basketball, netball, and strength & conditioning. With world-class facilities at the Al Wajba campus—including two indoor pools, a full-size football field, sports halls, fitness studios, and more—Evolution Sports has become central to promoting health, fitness, and sporting excellence in Qatar.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver high-quality coaching within the swimming programme.
- Ensure all training aligns with Evolution Sports’ coaching philosophy, values, and vision.
- Work with a wide range of ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
- Contribute positively to the wider activities of the academy and Doha College community.
About You (Requirements)
To be considered, you should have:
- Experience coaching swimmers across different ages and abilities.
- Recognised swimming coaching/teaching qualifications (or equivalent).
- A high standard of written and spoken English.
- Strong motivation, enthusiasm, and commitment to athlete development.
- Previous experience in a similar role (an advantage but not essential).
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multicultural team.
