The Role
- Develop and produce engaging visual aids and teaching resources.
- Organize learning materials creatively, both indoors and outdoors.
- Encourage curiosity and knowledge through imaginative play.
- Work collaboratively with assistants, nursery nurses, and volunteers.
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress.
- Share progress insights with colleagues and parents.
- Provide pastoral care, ensuring children’s safety and well-being.
- Support physical, social, language, and emotional development.
- Promote basic skills in math, creativity, and communication.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and best practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/Education, or
- High school diploma + Cache Level 3 vocational certificate in Early Childhood, with 2+ years’ experience.
