The Role

  • Develop and produce engaging visual aids and teaching resources.
  • Organize learning materials creatively, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Encourage curiosity and knowledge through imaginative play.
  • Work collaboratively with assistants, nursery nurses, and volunteers.
  • Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress.
  • Share progress insights with colleagues and parents.
  • Provide pastoral care, ensuring children’s safety and well-being.
  • Support physical, social, language, and emotional development.
  • Promote basic skills in math, creativity, and communication.
  • Stay updated with curriculum changes and best practices.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/Education, or
  • High school diploma + Cache Level 3 vocational certificate in Early Childhood, with 2+ years’ experience.
