Our Promise To You

We believe teachers and education professionals deserve to be treated with respect, transparency and care. When you work with Ark Education, we promise that:

  • We will never send your CV to a school or organisation without your permission.
  • We will be honest about the role, school and location – the positives and the challenges.
  • We will keep you updated throughout the process, so you’re never left wondering what’s happening.

For our temporary, seasonal and contract staff, we promise to pay your salary in full and on time, every time. If we ever fail to do so due to an error on our side, we will donate 50% of our fees to Crohn’s & Colitis UK, the UK’s leading charity for Crohn’s and Colitis.
